Ogni collo può misurare al massimo 158 cm (somma di lunghezza, larghezza e altezza) e pesare al massimo 32 kg. Oggetti grandi (bicicletta, tavola, passeggino) solo su accordo via WhatsApp.

3. Bagagli non ritirati

Se noleggi un mezzo da noi, il deposito è gratis nei giorni del noleggio: lo applichiamo in negozio. Senza noleggio, la tariffa è €5 a collo per ogni giorno di calendario, e gli altri giorni si contano allo stesso prezzo. Da 10 colli in su il deposito non si prenota online: scrivici su WhatsApp.

I bagagli si ritirano entro l'orario di chiusura del giorno previsto. Se li ritiri dopo, non c'è nessuna penale: il deposito si ricalcola sui giorni effettivi con la stessa tariffa e la differenza si paga in sede.

Se i bagagli non vengono ritirati entro 30 giorni dalla data prevista, li consideriamo abbandonati. Prima di quella data ti contattiamo al telefono o all'email che ci hai lasciato.

4. Responsabilità

Fuori dall'orario di apertura i bagagli restano in un locale chiuso. I bagagli si riconsegnano a chi presenta il ticket o il codice della prenotazione.

In caso di perdita o danneggiamento rispondiamo fino a €100 per collo, salvo dolo o colpa grave. Non rispondiamo degli oggetti elencati al punto 1.

Each bag may measure at most 158 cm (length + width + height) and weigh at most 32 kg. Large items (bicycle, board, pushchair) only by prior agreement on WhatsApp.

3. Bags not collected

If you rent a vehicle from us, your luggage is stored free on the rental days: we apply it at the shop. Without a rental the rate is €5 per bag for each calendar day, and any other days cost the same. From 10 bags we do not take online bookings: message us on WhatsApp.

Bags must be collected before closing time on the booked day. If you collect later there is no penalty: storage is recalculated on the actual days at the same rate and you pay the difference at the shop.

If the bags are not collected within 30 days of the booked date, they are considered abandoned. Before that date we contact you by the phone or email you left us.

4. Liability

Outside opening hours the bags stay in a locked room. Bags are handed back to whoever shows the ticket or the booking code.

In case of loss or damage our liability is limited to €100 per bag, except in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for the items listed in point 1.

3. Bagages non retirés

Si vous louez un véhicule chez nous, la consigne est gratuite pendant tous les jours de location : nous l’appliquons en boutique. Sans location, le tarif est de 5 € par bagage et par jour calendaire, et les autres jours coûtent pareil. À partir de 10 bagages, pas de réservation en ligne : écrivez-nous sur WhatsApp.

Les bagages se retirent avant l'heure de fermeture du jour prévu. Si vous les retirez plus tard, aucune pénalité : la consigne est recalculée sur les jours réels au même tarif et la différence se paie sur place.

Si les bagages ne sont pas retirés dans les 30 jours suivant la date prévue, ils sont considérés comme abandonnés. Avant cette date, nous vous contactons au téléphone ou à l'e-mail que vous nous avez laissés.

4. Responsabilité

En dehors des heures d'ouverture, les bagages restent dans un local fermé. Les bagages sont remis à la personne qui présente le ticket ou le code de réservation.

En cas de perte ou de dommage, notre responsabilité est limitée à 100 € par bagage, sauf faute intentionnelle ou faute lourde. Nous ne répondons pas des objets listés au point 1.

Jedes Gepäckstück darf höchstens 158 cm (Länge + Breite + Höhe) messen und höchstens 32 kg wiegen. Große Gegenstände (Fahrrad, Board, Kinderwagen) nur nach Absprache per WhatsApp.

3. Nicht abgeholtes Gepäck

Wenn Sie bei uns ein Fahrzeug mieten, ist die Aufbewahrung an allen Miettagen gratis: Wir verrechnen das im Laden. Ohne Miete beträgt der Preis 5 € pro Gepäckstück und Kalendertag, und die übrigen Tage kosten gleich viel. Ab 10 Gepäckstücken keine Online-Buchung: schreiben Sie uns auf WhatsApp.

Das Gepäck wird bis zum Geschäftsschluss am gebuchten Tag abgeholt. Holen Sie es später ab, gibt es keinen Aufschlag: Die Aufbewahrung wird nach den tatsächlichen Tagen zum gleichen Preis neu berechnet, die Differenz zahlen Sie vor Ort.

Wird das Gepäck nicht innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem gebuchten Datum abgeholt, gilt es als zurückgelassen. Vorher kontaktieren wir Sie über die Telefonnummer oder E-Mail, die Sie uns hinterlassen haben.

4. Haftung

Außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten bleibt das Gepäck in einem verschlossenen Raum. Das Gepäck wird an die Person übergeben, die das Ticket oder den Buchungscode vorzeigt.

Bei Verlust oder Beschädigung haften wir bis zu 100 € pro Gepäckstück, außer bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit. Für die unter Punkt 1 genannten Gegenstände haften wir nicht.
